SENATE BILL NO. 152 "An Act relating to community energy                                                                        
facilities" was read the second time.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Bishop moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption                                                               
of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered today.                                                                   
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 152(L&C) was                                                                          
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 152(L&C) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the April 22 calendar.
